The URGENT-Mongolia team has been organized “Urbanization and the environment – 2021: Issues and solutions” consultation meeting on December 16, 2021.

The aim of the consultation meeting was hear, collect stakeholders idea on the following 6 sub-topics.

Urban sustainable development and development model - 14 ideas

Urban Greenery and the Billion Tree Campaign - 11 ideas

Urban air pollution - 11 idea

Urban Water Management -21 ideas

Urban Traffic Management - 27 ideas

Urban Waste management - 24 ideas

The meeting was attended by 56 people from 28 organizations and expressed their views. The meeting also broadcasted by Star TV, TM TV, National Radio and other media agencies involved the event.

In total, 108 ideas were expressed by the participants, and some of them will be reflected into the URGENT courses.
